INTRODUCTION

 

Hanee Murtuza is well known as an architect, planner, educator, environmental activist and a critic. He is known for bringing and advancing green revolution, parametrism and sustainability both in architecture practise & in education in Pakistan. Hanee has been associated with prestigious architecture firms and architecture universities where he has explored green buildings concepts with professionals and students. Has both national as well as international work experience and has been involved in national and international design competition projects. Has a vast experience of designing and implementing projects from a single family sustainable house to horizontal and vertical housing, intuitional and commercial projects of various ranges. Hanee Murtuza has been involved with more than 200 architecture thesis students as advisor at University of Karachi since 2010 and has researched and explored various sustainable & green building concepts in national and international region.

Hanee has been involved in these competition projects where he works in a team environment and collaborates with others. He participates and manages all phases of the design process from conceptual to presentation. He produces work as a part of a coordinated project team and always mentor young architects and experienced staff. He develops solutions for complex design problems and is well aware of design code.
