Department of Rehabilitation & Health Sciences, Nazeer Hussain University in collaboration with Marie Adelaide Leprosy Center (MALC) organized an awareness session for the students on “Leprosy” on 13th April, 2021.
The program was started with the recitation of Holy Quran. Then Dr. Muhammad Atif Khan HOD, Department of Rehabilitation & Health Sciences welcome the guests. Later on, Guest Speaker Mr. Daniel Karamat, Health Education Officer, MALC share his knowledge and experience about Leprosy and guide attention to its existence, so that treatment can be given to people who left undiagnosed.
The chief guest Mr. Afzal Ahmed, Registrar, Nazeer Hussain University also addressed to the audience. At the end of the ceremony, the guest speaker was presented with shield and bouquet.
